Annapolis City Council to hear remarks on ordinance to clarify HPC’s role

Excerpt from the Capital Gazette:

As part of a lengthy public hearing schedule, the City Council will hear remarks on…an ordinance that would clarify the Historic Preservation Commission’s role in approving exterior changes to buildings.
