Frederick’s Historic Preservation Commission on Thursday voted to postpone its decision on a request to demolish the front, three-story portion of 56 S. Market St. until its next public hearing. The continuance came after a motion to deny property owner Suitland Road LLC’s demolition request failed by a split 3-3 vote.
