In the news: City of Frederick’s HP property tax credit increased to 25%

From the City of Frederick Planning Department on December 5, 2014:

It’s been a busy few months here for the HPC but we are happy to report that last night the Mayor and Board of Aldermen approved changes to the City’s historic preservation property tax credit that increase the credit from 10% to 25%, decrease minimum expenditures from $1,000 to $500, and increase the maximum credit amount from $5,000 to $7,500.
