Chestertown HPC recommends designation for Radcliffee Cross

The Kent County Historic Preservation Commission, meeting Monday, recommended designation of a property on Quaker Neck Road as a historic site.

Cherilyn Widell, a historic preservation consultant based in Chestertown, presented information on Radcliffe Cross at 8046 Quaker Neck Road, just outside Chestertown. The new owners, John and Elionra Silbersack, are currently based in New York, but plan to live in the house once it is renovated, Widell said.
