Rockville HDC Supports New Mark Commons National Register District Nomination

The city’s Historic District Commission on Thursday backed an effort to put the neighborhood of New Mark Commons on the National Register of Historic Places, where it would join Bethesda neighborhood Carderock Springs. The same man designed and built both neighborhoods in a distinctive modern style.
